Do you get a reward for doing your job? paid? letters of love? nicer clothes? etc. these are all rewards and you work for them. I am familiar with the 5 needs of kids, and I agree that they are necessary. I don't agree with not giving rewards. OVER-REWARDING might be an issue but a reward for a student or the class can be a way of showing love, fun, freedom, etc. Just something to ponder...
