Job Fairs

I graduated in 1999 in Social Studies. After years of wandering around "finding myself", and then realizing there are not too many history jobs for non-coaches, I received my certification in Early Childhood through Fourth Grade. I will start my 1st year teaching this August, Second grade. I am an advocate of job fairs because that is where I found my job and where I met a lot of principals. Also, I received a great deal of interviews. The only thing about job fairs is that they can feel like meat markets, but like I said that is how I found my job! So, keep your chin up!
