Well my take on it is this- It's very hard to fire a teacher. From what I hear, it will take a God-given miracle and very dire circumstances to do so, not to mention due-process. I can tell the kids aren't the only ones that don't care for her, how sad. Are you getting any additional compensation for this additional work load and stress?
not much help i'm afraid I will pray for you and hope that things will get much better
