I found this website from another board and it has some great ideas. It is www.theschoolbell.com If you click on the September link, there is a wonderful list for you to follow. One bit of advice is to make copies of your "Beginning of the Year" list so you can cross things off as you go (it feels wonderful to do that!!). Then when you are done, throw it away and you have a fresh, new copy for next year. By the way, I always add to my list every year. It just seems that no matter how long the list, there is always something I forget!! Good luck. BTW, I also do this for my "End of the Year" list.
