depends on where u look. if u r looking in affluent areas, forget it. i know principals in those kinds of neighborhoods who got 300 + applications for one elementary teaching job. my advice to you is not to give up, but search out options. check on websites like edjoin. i had to move to the inland empire to get a job because los angeles was so dead, but some people aren't willing to relocate. it's a tough battle, but it can be done. good luck
