Cover letter

I agree with the poster who stated that you should not restate your resume in your cover letter. My brother (an administrator) always helps me with these things and he says to talk like you KNOW the job is yours, ie: I look forward to applying my knowledge of (whatever) at XYZ school. Hope that helps!
