Jenny, take a deep breath and slow down. I will start my 30th year in September. I love six and seven year old children. I would be happy to give you any of my ideas if you are interested. I do things like - Now you see it! Beat the clock! I sing with the children daily. Most importantly, we sing a song in the morning and one at the end of the day. I also teach a professional development workshop on math and literacy centers and one called Sing Me a Story, which is a reading enhancement method with music.
