!!! It was for the SECOND GRADE opening !!!

!!! This elementary school had posted openings in second, third and fifth grade. I was able to meet the principal when I dropped off my resume and mentioned that I was interested in the fifth grade position. =o)

The
administration center called me on Monday and said this school wanted to interview me! I assumed it was for the 5th grade spot, and didn't think to ask until the next day. I called back to see if it was for 3rd or 5th, but the admin. center didn't know!
So anyway, I went to my interview this morning !!! and it was with the principal and two second grade teachers! It sent me for a

loop, but fortunately I think it still went well. I don't know if they are going to do separate 3rd/5th grade interviews, or if these (second grade) teachers are going to decide those spots, too? They said there was a 2nd, a 3rd and TWO 5th grade openings now!

I will very gladly accept any grade level, you know =o), but second grade makes me a little nervous! I taught third grade and wanted to go older not younger! Anyway, we all got along well, happy and comfortable, they seemed to like my answers... BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! I could talk all day now, reliving every word, wondering... LOL.

I hope I hear from them soon. I was their first interview of 12 today! I don't know how many they might see tomorrow or next week. Well, I think I'll go lurk at the 2nd grade board, lol, just in case.
