Here is the generic list and below are add-ons I ask for from students. I usually get a few of the extras from each student.

24 #2 Pencils (No Eagles Please)
4 Mead Composition Books (100 ct)
1 Set of Colored pencils
or markers
1 Supply Box
2 Boxes Facial Tissues
1 Box of Crayons (24 count)
1 Bottle White Glue (NO Paste)
1 Pink or Gum Eraser
1 Pair of 'Frisker' Scissors
2 Glue Sticks
1 Ruler (Cm and Inches)
1 Hand Sanitizer Gel (8 oz)
1 Pkg. Wide Ruled Paper
4 Folders with Pockets (Red, Blue, Green and Yellow)

In addition to these supplies, I would ask

if possible for students to bring in the following items:
A disposable 35 mm camera (27 exp. with flash)
1 CLEAR Doc-It top open envelop/button folder (this will be there homework folder)
1 Pkg. of 3 or 4 Expo Color Dry Erase chisel tip markers
Last name A-F Zip-lock bags 1 Box Quart
Last name G-L Zip-lock bags 1 Box Snack Size
Last name M-Q 1 Ream Colored Paper or Card Stock Paper (color your choice)
For newsletters, to publish writing and various projects throughout the year.
Last name R-Z 4x6 Package COLORED & LINED index cards (color your choice)
Gallon bags also are handy.
