Luckier than I

If you still have a job, consider yourself lucky. I spoke up this past year after a student assaulted me (I was pregnant)and nothing was done by the administration. I was then singled out. They put me on a growth plan, and then after giving me a great observation score, told me that I had not been consistent enough and thought that it would be in the best interest of the school if I did not return. I turned my resignation in, something that I was going to do anyways because of the environment. I had 3 students with BIPS. One was the ED student who assaulted me, and four others with severe behavior problems that no one wanted to deal with.
