I've seen many teachers use the cheap (7 cents at Kmart right now!) pocketed folders with brads, as the scrapbook. The teacher laminates them after the front is decorated.

As far as the inside - the kids can do them themselves (like the poster said above), or you can have some of those great parents (who are always looking for something to do!)do them.

We have an auction at the end of our school year, where each class provides something. I'm going to make one scrapbook to auction off - I think I can handle one!
