For the last few years I have made a template on my computer. It saves so much time and my subs love it ! I have spaces to include mandated items ( Essential question, standard,assessment) Also, although it sounds like a lot, I use the front & back of a page for each day, rather than the "week at a glance" format. I find it easier to follow,and it allows me the space to include how we handle transitions, Medications, etc. I NEVER have to right Sub letters with all the extras!!!
