NEW START
By TONI MURRAY

Clip to ScrapBook
DEAR LISA,
HARRY WONG--THE FIRST DAYS OF SCHOOL IS A VERY GOOD BOOK.
ALSO, A BOOK BY FRED JONES--TOOLS FOR TEACHING IS EXCELLENT. I HEARD FRED JONES LAST SUMMER IN A THREE DAY WORKSHOP--TREMENDOUS.
I ALSO HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS A RETIRED TEACHER THAT WROTE A BOOK FOR BEGINNING TEACHERS CALLED--ANNIE'S ATTIC IDEAS FROM THE PAST THAT WORK IN THE PRESENT. I GIVE THIS BOOK TO MY STUDENT TEACHERS ON THEIR LAST DAY. I HAVE ALSO USED SOME OF HER IDEAS AND ADDED A FEW OF MY OWN INTO A BOOK FOR STUDENT TEACHERS.
BUT THE ABOVE TWO BOOKS ARE GREAT.
TONI
