stay calm

Clip to ScrapBook
I just completed my student teaching this past year. I was worried about being able to get ready for the 10 week program as well. I quickly found that as soon as you start, the book pretty much has everything mapped out
for you. The book usually is along with the course of study, in which your state has to follow. My CT always told me if I wanted to follow the book, I could or if I wanted to add some new things (pertaining to that subject), I could as well.

There is really not a specific way to prepare yourself for student teaching until you find out what cuuriculum the grade is studying. Get yourself

a Huge Three ring binder, and get a lesson plan book. This is what helped me to stay organized and I could keep everything together.

I know this isen't much help, but I'm sure once you start your student teaching, it will flow more easier.
