I hope you find the job that you are looking for.
I also thought teaching was to educate our children to be able to earn a living, but it seems that being an educator has turned into pleasing the Director & Principal/s not what we can do to help children.
It seems politics doesn't play fair! Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
