Same situation

I can relate with both of you. I live in a WI and the same thing has happened to me and a lot of others I know in this communinty. I was a substitute for the district and was known by many other teachers and principals who encouraged me to apply for positions. After 2 years I never did get a regular position. I am now teaching preschool and loving it. I would apply in other districts if they are close enough. It must be hard to have to drive that far. Good luck. I feel for you.
