Is it possible for you to totally relocate? I know 2 young and New teachers who attended job fairs in Florida and NYC. The Florida job was offered after a 20 minute interview! There are many areas of the country where I think you'd get a better shot than in one of the "good ole boy" networked districts!. Good Luck ~ I'm retiring in 5 years so you can take over my spot!
