I would suggest work on study skills procedures (proper listening, when to talk, etc, ) and LOTS of read aloud to immerse them in rich language and many writing responses to get them comfortable wtih writing...keep in mind the process is most important...NOT the final product necessarily ( personal best is always expected !) I have never heard of early back. What a great idea. How is it funded? I am in central CA where are you ?
