I guess we are lucky! All workbooks come out of the building budget and each classroom teacher gets $400 to buy classroom/office supplies. Last year we did a fundraiser early in the year (Spell-a-thon) and my class ended up with an additional $370 to spend. We bought extras like new board games, bean bag chairs, new playground equipment, and a leap pad. I hope we do it again!
