Good ideas Maryellen, but I personally would be hesitant to turn over my original lesson plans and materials for fear that they would not come back. I came into a classroom this past year to replace a teacher that was not rehired and discovered that the established curriculum lesson plans and certain materials were missing from the classroom. Administration believes the lessons & the materials went AWOL with the teacher.
