I would let them know right off the bat that you are not "the boss" over them, just a team player as well, even though you are leading them. Maybe do an inventory of your teachers--find out who likes what, who is good at what, etc. Then make a plan from there. Maybe have a sign up sheet of the different duties that you all need to accomplish as a team. Let them know that you guys are working together and that you care about their input. I think getting off on the right foot will go a long way. Hope this little bit of info will be helpful.
