Going through it too

I am going through the same thing right this minute. I came here to vent too, I guess you beat me to it.

My students are in middle school, so they REALLY know how to behave. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read her letter to me. I am so mad right now.

I have only been out 2 times this year. The first time, the sub didn't leave anything so I am not certain that they behaved or not.
The sub yesterday left detailed notes, w/ names, so I can get onto those who acted up. We have 2 weeks left of school, so if anyone gets sent to the office, they are gone for the rest of the year.

Needless to say, I wrote everyone of them up after I talked to them. It is effective here.
