mine; WANTED- good mystery
By S.

Clip to ScrapBook
I tend to stick with classics (i.e. award winners).

We like Holes (great for predicting), any of Roald Dahl's books (great for reading in an animated way- after Charlie & Choc Factory, my class would play it outside at recess, taking on the vile children's characters), Where the Red Fern Grows (a bit higher level).

I too could use some fresh ideas, particularly
- good read-aloud mystery
- good read-aloud animal story
