I can not believe that you would post something like that. It is sad that the child is 11 in third grade, but you have no idea the circumstances, whatever they may be. I agree that school is probably hard for this child, and embarrassing them in front of the entire class is definately not a very professional thing to do. Not to mention how cold-hearted that is to say.
