I appreciate your stress, the work we have is overwhelming at times. Only you know how bad you feel. Perhaps a low dose of something will help. If you can take at least a half day or a whole day off, like a Wednesday, do something enjoyable; my favorite is going to Home Depot and buying some flowers and planting a pot, I can look at it as I am rushing in and out the house. You are not alone, it just seems like it sometimes.
