Yes, be careful about the meds. But there are some relatively "safer" meds for anxiety. I have taken "buspar" with no side effects or addiction. Maybe short term med might help you through this if exercise, massage etc...aren't working. Good luck to you and hope your classroom becomes a better environment soon!
