Flu Shot (nasal)

I do not get the flu shot since I am vegan. However I am interested in the nasal flu vaccine, has anyone heard anything about it?I know it is true that there are thousands of strains of the flu, and the number they can fit in a vaccine is limited, so they research and do their best.
