I only watch American Idol (I enjoy the singing) Survivor(I find it kind of educational learning a little about the land they have to survive on, and Extreme Makeovers (I just get so happy for those people, it makes me feel good.) The other stuff is total garbage, but you know, reality shows are not the only garbage on t.v.
