i am the parent of a quiet, well behaved child who is constantly having to participate in these group punishments. please, only punish the disruptive children. the quiet children are usually very insecure, and take any form of punishment to heart. the lesson they are learning is that it doesn't matter, you are going to get punished, even when you behave.
