Not paid here either!

In Ohio you do your student teaching for 16 weeks! It is not paid. Our cooperative teacher does get paid by the University for taking us in, but its like only $50.00 or so for the whole semester. Its amazing...I think teachers and nurses are like the only 2 occupations they dont get paid for their internship (at least in ohio).
