Everyone out of bed
at least 90 minutes before school (unless you work the graveyard shift!)

get the household ready for the day
turn on tv, radio, lights, breakfast
wash up, brush teeth, dress, make the bed

have your child watch PBS, Disney or a learning cartoon while you are getting yourself ready for the day
