Sounds like you've done everything we are allowed to do legally and if you have notified the parents, its time to be proactive. Set him up. Sit him next to the toughest, meanist kid in your class and let things take their "natural course". He'll find out what happens when you bite a tomgirl his age that has 3-4 older brothers. LOL
