bad subbing experience

I was a sub in elem and middle school for 2/12 years. Bad behavior was met with me being totally silent until the class realized i was not saying a thing or reacting. At the beginning of the day after introducing myself we would discuss consequences of potential problems and follow through was key. i loved subbing and cannot wait to return.
