Remember that everyone has their own teaching style. It is important for the students that the general routines of the day don't change radically, but don't be afraid to ask about trying out things that you have been learning in your classes. The "Master Teachers" do have reasons for doing thing the way they do, but even old dogs can learn new tricks.
