I'm not sure where you'd get information on this. I don't know of any teachers myself who have failed to report child abuse. I do know of a number who actually have reported abuse so I guess it depends on where you live.

I would think statistics and information might be obtained through agencies like the police, social services, child advocacy groups, etc.,
