Maybe you could get some special printer paper and a copy of the I have a Dream Speech. The kids could pick the paper they want, type it up in a fancy font and color the print it out. After it is printed out, they could glue it to a sheet of construction paper and decorate the speech and paper with glitter, sequence,etc.
