Just a quick thank you for the "Magic 10" management idea. I tried it today and even modified it with "Magic minute" depending upon the task...getting coats, shoes etc..off and put away. Thank you for sharing that! I was at my wits end and am feeling hopeful now as I am a long term sub whose trying to maintain control!
