Oatmeal

I eat a bowl of oatmeal 4 or 5 times a week for breakfast to help with my cholestrol. I use old fashioned oats which aren't as pasty. I use the microwave. I also add toppings like fresh blueberries (I pick and freeze in the summer) and dried cherries are wonderful. This way I can have something different all the time. I love it! Enjoy!
