Scantron sheets

I think the best thing your district can do is to start training all of its elementary school children to use Scantron sheets so that they can do them by themselves when test time comes and the teacher doesn't have to bubble them in. I hadn't thought of the part about teachers intentionally or accidentally changing bubbles, but hey, that sure is a good point!
