Why haven't you already talked to his parents? Make one of the parents stay in there to observe, or get permission to tape record what is said, if they don't believe you. I'm sure the parents of the other children would be furious if they knew how their they were being treated and what they were hearing. Bottom Line: Get that child out of there!!!!!!
