I attended a Sitton seminar last year in preparation for our school's adoption of this spelling philosophy. I'm a little overwhelmed with trying to figure out how to manage all of it and could use A LOT of help. I'll be interested in what everyone else has to say about it, too. I'll be happy to keep you posted on our trials and hopeful success.
