uninvolved parents ADD issues...(medication not given, parents refusing to give etc.) students unable to manage their anger Students not having the proper clothing to be comfortable in the weather...no coats, gloves etc. kids raising kids (either extremely immature parents...or parents are absent and siblings are raising their siblings) Hope this helps a bit... michele
