If you have already tried many different approaches to stopping the behavior, and the child continues, then perhaps it is time to dismiss the child from the program. He is a danger/threat to the others in the class. Think about the possibility of a bitten child's parents bringing a law suit. May sound far fetched, but people have sued after spilling their coffee in their own lap!
