I have never been pregnant, so I don't know if this really works, but I have read that ginger helps to settle the stomach during pregnancy. Fitness magazine had a recipe for a smoothie that contained ginger and other things full of good nutrients for Mom and Baby-To-Be. Maybe they have it on their web site??? Sorry, I don't know the URL, but you could do a search.
