I really enjoy teaching, and love my kids, but am really disappointed with the atmosphere of the school. I know that this won't change no matter how long I stay. We get very little support from our principal, the teachers are very very very catty, and actually tell on one another. It is also very political here. You have to know someone to get anything help, friendliness, etc.
