getting students' attention

I use "Raise your hand if you're listening" and when necessary, "Raise your other hand if you're still listening." The second one is for those days when they don't respond well the first time. My other version works for that other headache, no names on papers: "Raise your hand if your first name is on your paper." "Raise your other hand if your last name is on your paper."
