I agree strongly that teachers need to be comfortable venting with others in the same profession. Complaining to legislative reps is a joke, so at least we have our companions. Go ahead at vent. It's healthy. Eleven years in grade five and loving it this year again. It's not that way every year and it would be great to have a support team when a rough crowd gets you down.
