Many subs may not know that message boards, chatrooms, Hotmail/Yahoo E mail or other free accounts are banned by many school systems. It is ridiculous that substitutes are uninformed about sucb laws. Ditto to the stupid confidential laws out there but that is another topic. Computer labs should have the rules STATED on the wall! Again WHY have games and music if students aren't allowed to use them.
