portfolios what do u include?

I brought my portfolio with me from Britain and I did an amazing amount of coaching sports so have diplomas in these etc in my course...these are inside along with my wall display photos etc ...and my certificates. My teaching practice stuff isnt included as I left this back home and has now been destroyed by my son (accidentally might I add)
What should be in a portfolio?
