I would have them write a short essay or poem on how Christmas is celebrated in another country. The catch is they have to dress, or bring something that represents Christmas in that country.You can also have them write an essay or poem on how their family celebrates Christmas, they could make a collage of photos, of Christmases gone by, or bring their favorite gift from last Christmas.
